How do I make a return or get a replacement and how long does it take?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can decide to return one or more items. If you have changed your mind about an item or intend to replace it with a different one (if available in stock), you can bear the cost of the return and then place another order.
The items you are returning must be in original condition, properly wrapped and packaged.
For shipping, use the same protective cardboard box in which you received your order.
If this is not possible, use an equally safe protective box. In the event of a faulty or defective product, you can replace it with the same item, if available in stock, or request a refund.
Please contact our Customer Service Department by writing to email@example.com within 14 days of the date of delivery of your order. We will ask one of our couriers to pick up the item and give you all the information.
In this case, Alps Atmosphere Italia Srl will reimburse you the cost of the item and bear the shipping costs. In the case of voluntary returns and returns due to defects or non-conformities, remember to put inside the package a copy of the packing slip, our Customer Service Department will send you by email; highlight the returned products on it and the reason for the return.
How do I get a refund?
When you return one or more products you will receive a full refund of the cost of the item(s), excluding shipping costs to our warehouse. Alps Atmosphere Italia Srl shall bear all shipping costs only in the event of a defective or deformed product.
The refund will be issued by crediting the payment method used for making the purchase. We will refund you once arrival of the package at our warehouse has been confirmed.
