How much does shipping cost?
For Italy, shipping is free for orders over €1.000,00.
For orders below € 1.000,00 the shipping cost will be calculated based on the ZIP code/location of the delivery.
Depending on the size of the order, a delivery fee may also be applicable for orders exceeding € 1.000,00.
If Klarna is used during the payment process, free shipping will no longer be valid.
For the rest of the world, if your order is valued below € 1.000,00 and has standard volumes, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the ZIP code/location of the delivery.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
The shipping time of your order depends on the type of items you choose and their availability. On each product sheet, as well as during checkout, you can see an estimated time of delivery. Some products may be made specifically to fill your order, so delivery times will be determined by the maker.
Please note that the bank transfer requires 48 hours of additional verification. If your order includes items with different delivery times, only one shipment will be made and processing time is shown at checkout before payment. To shorten the waiting time, we recommend that you place separate orders if possible, and combine products with similar delivery times. If your order includes items that require special attention during transport, we will contact specialised couriers whose delivery times may vary from the standard times indicated. We will provide you the best possible service and give you the contact details of the courier making the delivery. Alps Atmosphere Italia undertakes to respect the estimated delivery times displayed on its website. However, should unforeseen events occur during production or order filling, you will be promptly notified by the Alps Atmosphere Italia team. Who is in charge of shipping my package?
Your order will be processed by our logistics service and delivered by the best couriers available in the market, who will send you an email with the tracking number as soon as your package has been picked up. For shipments requiring particular care during transport, specialised couriers will be used, who will make telephone you to make arrangements for delivery.
Can I ask for the package to be shipped outside of Italy?
Of course, Alps Atmosphere Italia Srl ships all over the world. Please specify the country of destination during the purchase process, or send a request to customercare@schiratoshop.it specifying the place of destination and we will provide you with all the information you need. Remember that some international shipments require payment of customs duties, which will be borne by you. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to write to customercare@schiratoshop.it .
What should I do when my order is delivered?
We advise you to always check your order at the time of delivery. Check that the number of packages corresponds to the number specified on the packing slip. Also, make sure that the packaging is not damaged, that there are no signs it was opened and that the content is not damaged. If any looks strange, please write “Acceptance with reservation” on the carrier’s delivery note when signing and write to customercare@schiratoshop.it with the delivery details. Please note that you have 14 days to notify us of any discrepancies and make a complaint. After this deadline, we can no longer accept either complaints or reports.
